2000W Whole Body Vibration Platform Exercise Machine with MP3 Player (180 Speed Levels Platform)

The machine itself deserves a five star review but there is a major flaw. The manual tells you to check the nuts and bolts after a certain amount of time. They need to be more specific. The bolts underneath the machine are the ones that loosen. We tipped ours over and a bolt fell out of the bottom. A check of the other bolts found three more finger loose. Herein lies the problem, the bolt fell out and the nut remained inside the machine. It is impossible to reinsert the bolt because it no longer has a nut to connect to. The other loose bolts cannot be tightened because the nuts are not held in place and so the bolt just keeps on turning. We had to take the machine apart and replace all six bolts and nuts. We replaced the spacer with six nylon lock nuts of the same width. This ensured that when the bolts were tightened the nuts would not spin. We then reversed the bolt so that it would poke through the bottom of the machine. We then placed another six nylon lock nuts on them and were able to tighten them with no problem. The machine is now working perfectly. I believe that it is now better than when we first set it up. Unfortunately, we were too stressed to take any photos as we were not sure if we could ever put it back together. This whole problem could have been prevented at the factory if they had used lock nuts.
